What the UK vaccine inserts actually say.
A briefing for each vaccine, built only from the manufacturer's own product information. Every line is a summary of something the label states, tagged with the section it comes from, and every page links straight to the source document so you can read it yourself.
It covers the ingredients and where they come from, how it is made and stored, what the label says about safety and who should not have it, what the evidence actually shows and where it is thin, and what the document itself concedes.

Gardasil 9
Nine-type HPV vaccine, offered at 12 to 13. It was never tested against a placebo - because HPV vaccination is already recommended in many countries - so it was compared with the older four-type vaccine instead.

-
Pneumovax 23
Twenty-three serotype pneumococcal vaccine for the 65+ programme and at-risk groups from age 2. The older, unconjugated polysaccharide type, so it works poorly in children under 2 and its protection fades.
49 findings from the label
-
Prevenar 13
Pneumococcal vaccine covering 13 serotypes, for babies from 6 weeks and for adults. Its protection against invasive pneumococcal disease was never studied directly - it was inferred from comparison with the older 7-serotype vaccine.
56 findings from the label

MMR vaccine - measles, mumps and rubella - for children from 9 months. Three live weakened viruses, two of them grown on chick embryo cells and one on human foetal lung cells.
